Win Game Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Win Game at wingame.ml, creating a player account or placing a bet or game stake in any category, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Win Game platform.

These terms constitute the full agreement between you (the player) and Win Game. They apply to all use of the platform including the Game Lobby, Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting (Bet section), Bingo, deposits and withdrawals. Use of the platform in any capacity means acceptance of these terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Win Game login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login details have been compromised, you must contact Win Game support immediately. Win Game cannot be held responsible for losses that occur as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have shared, failed to protect or negligently exposed your login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Win Game account — do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Do not access your Win Game account from shared, public or unsecured devices or Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Enable any available account security features, such as two-factor authentication, where offered.

Win Game will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from Win Game and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Win Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and credit cards. You must only deposit funds using a payment method that belongs to you — depositing using another person's account, wallet or card is not permitted and constitutes a breach of these terms.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Win Game PKR balance within seconds of a confirmed transaction.
• Raast and Bank Transfer deposits are typically credited same-day; processing times may vary depending on your bank.
• Win Game does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (bank or wallet) may apply their own charges independently.
• If a deposit does not credit to your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Win Game reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, a chargeback dispute or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the deposited amount may be held pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Withdrawal page and vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours of the request being submitted.
• Bank Transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to two business days.
• Win Game may request identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money PKR balance that meets withdrawal criteria can be requested.
• Win Game reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending investigation or an unresolved dispute on the account.

Once a withdrawal has been approved and processed by Win Game, the time for funds to appear in your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account is subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider, which are outside of Win Game's control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, Win Game may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins or other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate a promotion — including through multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns or collusion — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being reviewed.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance not used within the stated time will be removed from the account automatically.
• Win Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one active bonus can be held at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on Win Game — including Slots, Live Casino tables, Bingo rooms and other Game Lobby content — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By playing any game, you agree to the specific rules applicable to that game in addition to these platform-wide Terms and Conditions.

• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Win Game does not interfere with, alter or override game outcomes.
• Live Casino games are conducted by real dealers operating according to the specific rules of each table game variant (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and others). All rounds are final once the dealer has concluded play.
• Bingo numbers are drawn by automated random systems. Wins are verified automatically at the end of each game round. Ticket purchases are final once confirmed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session — such as a disconnection, game crash or platform outage — Win Game will endeavour to restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the round may be voided and stakes returned.

8. Sports Betting Rules

The Bet section on Win Game covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports markets as available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are placed in PKR. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change before confirmation. The odds at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Pre-match bets placed before the scheduled start of an event are binding once confirmed. In-play bets placed during a live match are subject to the current live odds at the moment of acceptance.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, Win Game follows standard industry void-and-return rules: single bets on a cancelled event will be voided and stakes returned. In an accumulator, the cancelled event leg will be removed and the accumulator will be recalculated on the remaining legs.
• Win Game reserves the right to limit bet amounts, restrict markets or void bets where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, insider information or any irregular betting pattern.
• Results are settled based on official sources for the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, Win Game's decision is final once a review has been conducted.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Prohibited Conduct

11. Account Suspension & Closure

• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requiring account action.

If your account is suspended pending an investigation, Win Game will aim to communicate the reason for the suspension and the expected resolution timeline where possible. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals will be frozen until the investigation is concluded.

If you wish to close your own Win Game account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting support. Any remaining verified real-money PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding bonus wagering requirements are reviewed. 12. Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions are written in English for Pakistan (en-PK). If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
